A. We accept at least 2000 Pieces of garments per style and color.

A. Samples are developed to suit the season's colors, fabric and style based of our buyer's requirements. Any number of sales man samples is made as per the buyer’s requirements and courier them directly to the buyers. By offering these crucial service, we assist our buyers marketing efforts in their own country by giving them an edge over others.

A. Yes. Only the small quantity of Samples can be provided FREE of Manufacturing Cost, but the shipping cost will be from your account.

A. Yes. We can provide SMS (Sales man Samples) with original fabric and accessories according to your requirement and needs. But in this regard, you either have opened a Letter of Credit (L/C) in favour of us, or you have a Business Sales Contract with us.

Q. If I need Samples, what times do you require to make them? A. Normally, we need 5-7 business days to make them and 3-4 days for international courier. But we may require more time for stylish garments.

A. No. Samples will be made with our available fabric. It is made only for the accurate measurement and workmanship, given by you. After you have issued L/C in favour of our company, We then provide you Samples with Original quality.

Q. What are the modes of Payment?
A. We always prefer Letter of Credit (L/C) for every Order, which is safe for both Buyers and Sellers. But in some cases, we accept Wire Transfer.

A. REXMART offers lead-time of 45-60 days from the date of order confirmation. However, it all depends on quality, number of colors; approval of lab-dip, space available in the factory etc. lead time can be optimized for repeat order to 30 days.

Q. What are the main responsibilities of REXMART for Order execution and Quality Control for an Order?
A. Orders are closely monitored from sampling to shipment. Status on sampling, production and shipment are transmitted to buyers regularly. We maintain a pro-active approach towards identification of problem areas and corrective measures are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries. Our quality monitoring system pertaining to production has four stages as explained below:
Pre Production Check
Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories / user manuals etc. at this stage itself.
Initial Production Check
First finished products are checked against buyer's specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
During Production Check
Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs.
Final Random Inspection
Final Random Inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards.
The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labelling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.

A. Status report based on the multi-state inspections are transmitted to the buyers by fax or email. Production progress is analyzed in relation to the delivery terms and suitable course of action s taken to ensure goods are delivered in time. The consignment is allowed for shipment if only it is up to the buyers required standard.
